What products do you manufacture?
We focus on customized electric forklifts from 0.5 to 10 tons,
as well as electric material handling equipment.
What industries are your products used in?
Our products are suitable for warehouses, food processing,
auto parts, pharmaceuticals, electronics, supermarkets and
other indoor material handling applications.
Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We offer customization based on customer drawings,
samples and application requirements. OEM and ODM cooperation
is also available.
Can the packaging be customized?
Yes. Neutral packaging or customized logo and label packaging
can be provided upon request.
Are your products certified?
ISO, CE, RoHS and other relevant certifications can be provided
according to customer and market requirements.
Can you provide product brochures?
Yes. Electronic product catalogs and brochures are available
for customers and distributors.

How can I get a quotation?
Please send us the required product specifications, dimensions,
configuration, quantity and other purchasing requirements.
Our team will prepare a quotation and send it to you promptly.
What international trade terms do you support?
We currently support FOB trade terms. The main shipping ports
are Qingdao and Tianjin.
What markets do you serve?
We serve customers in markets including the USA, UK, Germany,
Australia, Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Delivery & Shipping
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Samples are available. Sample lead times depend on the
product configuration and customization requirements.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk orders generally take around 20–35 days.
Lead times may vary during peak seasons or for special configurations.
Do you have products in stock?
Some standard models are available from stock.
We arrange production and shipment according to confirmed delivery schedules.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes. Mixed-model orders are available to help distributors
and customers reduce inventory pressure.
What shipping methods are available?
Shipping can be arranged by sea, air or express according
to the order requirements and destination.
Do you accept long-term partnerships or distributor agreements?
Yes. We welcome long-term cooperation with global distributors
and partners and can provide corresponding pricing and support policies.
Where is your factory located? Can we visit?
Our factory is located in Hebei Province, China.
Customers and partners are welcome to arrange a factory visit in advance.

We accept payment methods such as T/T, L/C and other agreed
payment methods depending on the order.
Can you issue commercial invoices?
Yes. We provide proforma invoices and commercial invoices
for customs clearance and payment purposes.

Yes. We respect customer intellectual property and confidentiality
and can sign an NDA before cooperation.
Do you provide product manuals or operation videos?
Yes. PDF manuals and operation videos can be provided to help
customers understand product operation and maintenance.
Can you provide product training?
Yes. Remote product training can be provided to help customers
quickly understand the equipment and its operation.
Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes. We provide warranty and after-sales support.
If a confirmed quality issue occurs, corresponding replacement
or other support can be arranged.
